How can breathe underwater without a snorkel or Scuba Gear?
I really want to know how to swim without a snorkel or scuba gear? I mean How do I do in my neighbor hood pool.If pool can understand how I can hold my breath longer? I wish now because swimming is one of my favorite sports and I've been swimming since I got in the water.
You can not breathe underwater. * You can practice the breathing exercises and expand his lung capacity so you can stay in more. Take long deep breaths for several minutes, then go ahead and try to stay longer time. Do not take short, shallow breathing hyperventilation before going under, because it can cause unconsciousness and drowning in the shallow waters of Blackout.
