Why does my pool water clear that when the filter is not working?
I keep my levels of chemicals in the range of smoking every day. When the pool filter (cartridge) is running, the water is blue, but do not know (can not see the bottom). When I turn off the filter and remove it for a few days or more, water is blue and I see the entire bottom of the pool. So just turn the filter only when needed to add chlorine. Then the water is not clear since then. Do I have to buy new cartridges?
