Attention-Grabbing Little Mermaid Costumes With The Imagination

About the sequined fabric’s middle potion wrap the tulle so the fabric is broken into 2 parts giving the semblance of a bra.
Cover the tulle with the ribbon and sew it prepared. Now take the fabric designed for the skirt and attach it on the other hand of the shirt. The capacity of the fabric should cover the potion between mid torso and mid calf.
Attach the green tulle covering the meeting place of the 2 fabrics to cover the stitching marks. Furthermore, it increases the hint of sea spray. Stitch the netting to the base of the skirt to flare out to a minimum of two inches, cover the stitch marks with tulle, also flaring out to two inches. Gild the backside with silk ribbons.
