The Public Wants Sitcoms With An Adult Edge
Unless you’ve been sleeping beneath a stone for the last 2 years, you’ll have noticed an uptick in adult funny videos film spoofs. From thirty Rock to The Cosby Show, no show is holy when it comes to adult rated remakes of popular sitcoms and flicks. But why are films like Not the Bradys the new gold dash in adult entertainment? According to one director, it is not the adult edge that’s the ticket ; it’s the humor. ( yup, right. ) And what holy TV cow does he want to take to the adult level next? The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Maybe as it shows the actual opposite side of all those characters we knew and loved? Like, Full House was so over the top clean, I would love to see the show with some adult content, simply to see what that may be like.
Everybody can appreciate good adult funny videos parodies. Spaceballs taught us all the power of the Schwartz, and frightful flick gave us blunt-smoking ghost-faced killers. But adult film parodies? These are, tragically, a less familiar terrain. Consider the Edward Scissorhands parody, a send-up of Tim Burton’s classic 1990 film. The titular character, a black-clad recluse with giant pointers at the ends of his arms, learns the details of suburban life when he is’s taken in by a kindly saleswoman. All of the lonesome neighborhood ladies are finding Edward uniquely, and incredibly enticing, but he craves for the saleswoman’s young child Amanda. Obviously, this flick is hideous. It’s not even a good adult film. How anyone could find prosthetic members that look like rubber chickens arousing is a mystery-but the idea is just classic.
The general public wants Hollywood movie and sitcoms that have hardcore content. And that’s what the industry is insane about doing right now. And they actually achieved it. I believe the most glorious movie is the spoof of The Cosby Show, which came out in June. They had 250,000 views of the trailer on YouTube, which is pretty wonderful. Then they took one of the most dysfunctional families on television with Married With youngsters that just came out. And it seemed to be the most complete movie and definitely one of the best adult funny videos of all because that show is just so amusing.
Adult film firms as new Sensations have obviously hit on a selling bonanza with their adult rated takes on well-liked sitcoms. Barely a month after releasing their adult themed take on The Office and pronouncing production of an adult version of Scrubs, these adult entertainment firms have started work on Seinfeld – A Parody, that may bring Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer into the sector of adult entertainment.
Seinfeld actually has a wealth of material that can simply be fodder for adult themed eventualities ; the characters were inveterate serial daters, and much of the classic sitcoms episodes were already badly behaved even in their TV-friendly versions. It is no surprise with the wave of parody films in the mainstream media like Meet The Spartans, that other industries would follow suit. Let’s see where the adult industry will take this hot trend.
