Okay so I want a manager of our girls swimming and diving team, but coach (also my teacher) told me that I need to know the different characteristics and dives and other basic stuff …. someone help me …. PLEASE!
in order of fastest to slowest Strokes: – Freestyle – Butterfly – Back – Chest medley (IM) is: – butterfly, back, breaststroke, freestyle. Medley relay consists to: – Two, breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle distance international competition – Freestyle: 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m – Butterfly: 50m, 100m, 200m – Backstroke: 50m, 100m, 200m – Backstroke: 50m, 100m, 200m – IM: 100 meters (only short term) 200, 400 – Relay 4 x 100 meter freestyle, 4 × 200m freestyle, 4 × 100 meters medley Dives: – Two categories – voluntary / compulsory dives and optional dives. – Voluntary dives are limited by their total degree of difficulty. – No limit to the degree total of difficulty for optional dives. Elements dives under consideration are: – The number of launches – The position in which diving is performed (surgery aesthetics, pike, right, free) – The number of laps completed – The approach of the dive (front, back, back, inside, turn) – The level of diving (One meter, three platform levels of measurement) the difficulty of diving Difficulty ranging from 1.2 to dive front tuck position performs in a meter to 3.8 for a reverse 3 ½ somersaults in pike place at the three-meter springboard.
